T H E W I N D O WOUR APPROACH
Every guide on this site is shaped by the same four ideas. They come from years of pediatric practice and current behavioral research. The goal is simple: warm, useful, parent-tested support that meets your family exactly where you are, with steady tools you can put to use the same day.
Evidence-Based Strategies
Grounded in trusted behavioral and educational research, written in plain English you can use today.
No Shame,
No Jargon
No perfect parents or guilt.
Just kind, honest guidance from someone who has seen it all.
Home and School, Aligned
When school and home speak the same language, neurodiverse kids feel steadier in both places.
Family-First Approach
Your home is not a clinic. We adapt to your rhythm, not the other way around.

No. Your child's school IEP is a legal document created and managed by their school team. This site is a companion to it, not a substitute. The IEP for Home creates a home structure for your neurodiverse child. Build up the home structure so that your child is ready to learn when they get to school. Create a steadier rhythm in both places.
